KRE Engineering Services Giveaway Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter: The promoter of this competition is KRE Engineering Services (the “Promoter”), located at 32/205-213 Port Hacking Road, Miranda, Sydney, Australia.
2. Competition Period: The competition starts on 4th November 2024 and ends at 12:00am AEST on 28th November 2024 (the “Competition Period”).
3. Eligibility:
   • Entry is open only to current employees or directors of registered Australian businesses with a valid Australian Business Number (ABN) that matches their own business name or employer’s business name.
   • To enter, participants must submit their first name, business/employer’s name, email address, and state, and follow KRE Engineering Services on at least one social media platform (Instagram or Facebook).
   • Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
4. Entry Requirements:
   • This competition is a game of chance.
   • All entries must be received by the end of the Competition Period. Late entries will not be accepted.
5. Prizes:
   • There are a total of three (3) prizes to be won. Each prize consists of:
     • One (1) “100-150DN KRE PatchBox The Pipe Repair Starter Kit” valued at $3,000, which includes: an inflation pump, 1 inflation controller, 1 100-150DN x 1 metre packer, a 10-metre hose, two 100x600mm and two 150x600mm patch kits, a bag of rubber rands, a box of disposable gloves, and one plastic applicator. Each prize is valued at $3000.00AUD.
     • A half-day (4-hour) training session for up to four (4) participants selected by the prize winner. The training includes a certificate of competency in the installation and use of KRE Engineering Services’ PatchBox Kits upon completion.
     • The training session will take place at KRE Headquarters in Miranda, Sydney, Australia, on a date mutually agreed upon by the winner and KRE Engineering Services, between 2nd December 2024 and 1st May 2025.
   • Prize value is accurate as of the commencement date of the Competition Period. The Promoter is not responsible for any variation in the prize value.
6. Prize Conditions:
   • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or other products.
   • The winner must cover any travel, accommodation, or additional costs associated with attending the training session at KRE Headquarters in Miranda, Sydney, Australia. These expenses are not included in the prize and are the sole responsibility of the winner.
   • If the winner is unable to attend the training session within the specified timeframe, the training portion of the prize will be forfeited.
7. Winner Selection:
   • Winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries on 29th November 2024. Maximum of one prize per ABN.
   • The draw will take place at KRE Engineering Services’ office, and the winners will be notified by email and phone within 2 business days of the draw.
   • The names of the winners may be published on KRE Engineering Services’ social media channels and website.
8. Verification:
   • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the winners, including requiring proof of ABN, business registration, and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
   • If the winner fails to provide the required information, or if there is any discrepancy with their entry details, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify the winner and select a new one.
9. Privacy:
   • By entering the competition, entrants agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information by the Promoter for the purposes of conducting the competition and awarding the prize.
   • The Promoter will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available on its website.
10. Limitation of Liability:

• The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense suffered or incurred by any entrant or winner in connection with the competition or any prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.
• The Promoter makes no representation or warranty as to the quality, suitability, or merchantability of any prizes.

11. General Conditions:

• The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or cancel the competition if circumstances arise beyond its control.
• Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
